Overview: To go along with the uncompromising quality of our products, Alchemy Bikes is also committed to providing the absolute best buying experience anywhere, from the first moment you open the webpage till years after you’ve bought your Alchemy dream bike! That’s why we’ve partnered with the amazing folks at Kitzuma Cycling Logistics to deliver your new bike to your door, fully built and ready to ride – your bike is never boxed or tossed into a pile of other deliveries, and it will arrive on time and absolutely damage free every time.
At NO CHARGE TO YOU, if you choose Kitzuma at checkout, they will pick up the bike from our Colorado Workshop, once our experts have built it up and fine tuned everything, and then deliver it to your home in their specially designed vans. Then they’ll even take the time to set up the saddle height, adjust the bars to your liking, and other simple setup, so all you have to do is jump on and ride off!
Why Kitzuma? Because you deserve to receive your bike in perfect condition, on time, and fully assembled and dialed for you. There’s no charge for this white-glove service and it’s generally as quick as traditional shippers – most bikes arrive within 3-6 days from pickup by Kitzuma. So the questions should really be “why NOT Kitzuma?”.
How Much Will it Cost Me? Zip, zero, nada … as in nothing. Well, you have to buy a bike first of course! Alchemy offers three shipping options for every bike sold; two of those, including Kitzuma, are completely FREE OF CHARGE to the consumer.
What Do I Have to Do? Kitzuma ships to about 90% of the contiguous US, but there are some areas they can’t access, so first you should enter your zip code in our finder to make sure they can deliver to you. If so, simply choose Kitzuma from the delivery options at checkout, and then you’ll be asked to enter your shipping address and contact info. If not, please choose one of the other shipping options at checkout.
What’s the Catch? Yeah, that’s what we asked when we first heard about Kitzuma, but there isn’t one. Really! They’ve simply created a better, safer, more efficient way to ship bikes, and as a result we’re able to offer it free to our consumers.
