We are fabricators that enjoy riding our bikes, and we want you to enjoy our bikes as much as we do. So if you don’t enjoy your bike as much as you like, we will make it right.
30 Days to Ride
We hear it often: "I won't buy a bike that I have never test ridden." Well... let's make it easier for you! Take 30 days to ride your bike, and if it's not right for you, we'll take it back. Does it happen often? No... but we stand behind our bikes enough to give you the peace of mind!
Clearance and Outlet items are final sale. No returns.
Bike Returns
Call or email us within thirty days from receipt of bike to discuss the experience with your new Alchemy bicycle and we can make arrangements to exchange or return of your bike.
Please understand that our sale prices are very close to factory prices, and so sale bikes are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Bikes purchased on clearance deals or in the Outlet are final sale.
Frame Condition
So long as the frame and parts have no significant damage and the bike has not been significantly modified, the bike is eligible for return for 30 days after receipt of the bike.
Custom Bikes
Custom, handmade-in-CO bicycles are made to-order to each rider. These are not eligible for return.
Cancellations
We pay platform fees when you process an order. If you have to cancel an order for any reason other than an Alchemy error, you will be refunded 98% of your processed amount.
