We offer free shipping via Fedex for our new bikes and products in the continental USA. For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, bicycles ship for a flat $300 fee. Canadian customers are responsible to pay any duties associated with delivery into Canada.

Alchemy Bikes is offering ready-to-ride bike shipping by Kitzuma. Receive your bike hand delivered to you fully built with no assembly required.
A Kitzuma Technician will deliver your new bike and help you with basic setup and instruction, including pedal installation, saddle height, and tire pressure.
Delivery Appointments, Communication, and Tracking:
Kitzuma will contact you directly via text message to set up a delivery appointment that works for you. You’ll also get a tracking number and updates along the way.
Coverage and Delivery Times:
Kitzuma has a growing national network. Bikes are delivered to the vast majority of US zip codes within 3-9 days.
